1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using the MIDAP platform, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to Minerva Infocom's Privacy Policy.
2. Service description
Minerva Infocom provides MIDAP, a platform for sending and managing WhatsApp Business messaging via the official Meta Cloud API, including bulk messaging, automation, analytics, and related tools.
3. Acceptable use
- You must only message contacts who have opted in, in line with Meta's WhatsApp Business Policy.
- You may not use the platform to send spam, unlawful content, or content that violates Meta's commerce or messaging policies.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the contact data you upload.
4. Billing
Plans are billed annually in INR as described on the Pricing page. Meta's conversation-based charges are billed separately based on your usage. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
5. Account suspension
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, Meta's policies, or applicable law, with notice where reasonably possible.
6. Limitation of liability
Minerva Infocom is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
